Continue to increase the number of native games for Linux, almost coinciding with the release of Wasteland 2, Valve has announced the release of version in development of Counter Strike: Global Offensive sequel to Counter-Strike: Source. Released in August 2012 for Windows, Mac and Xbox 360, Counter Strike: Global Offensive includes the contents present in the previous chapters, but with the addition of new maps and characters as well as new game modes.
Counter Strike: Global Offensive is a multiplayer shooter in which you have to reach some goals. Among the various game modes are competitive mode in which we can be part of a terrorist group or in law enforcement or eliminate the enemy team.
Counter Strike: Global Offensive is available for Linux client through Steam. The game is still under development, the current version includes several bug yet to be solved, we can already buy it and test it even though there may be issues with some graphics cards.
