This is a multi-threaded multi-pool FPGA and ASIC miner for bitcoin.

• Throttle bflsc28 devices when they hit the overheat limit
• Add whitelisting of firmware used in final bflsc28 products
• API.java – remove lowercase of all data sent
• Avalon2: Add 3 bytes nonce2 support
